  6. My niece works at Gigi's Cupcakes, so pretty much any cupcake that she brings to family dinners. I am partial to their Wedding Cake, Birthday Surprise, and Lemon Dream Supreme cupcakes though. :)

  9. Poke cupcakes...any kind :-) Poke a hole in the just-baked cupcake, pour a liquid such as caramel topping or pudding into the hole, and frost when cool.
